Since our parent brands kicked off 12 years ago, in 2011, up till now that we are Cerca Africa, we have maintained a culture of having interns as Staff at every given point. All our interns are either teenagers, young graduates, undergraduates and those waiting to commence their first degree courses. This aligns with our philosophy of nation building through community impact and direct youth influence through professional exposures.
For this Boot Camp, Cerca Africa engineered a crowdfunding approach to raise over a Million Naira to support hosting this Teens Boot Camp. This exemplifies our core service approach using Brand Communities. We are witnesses to the fact that a properly structured community can meet the economic and capitalization needs of any idea or people.
We believe that when a Brand builds a strong community; whether virtual or offline, the members of that community can benefit from the commonwealth of that community.
Cerca Africa believes in building robust communities that members can leverage for common good.
