We operate a model mental health clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological and wellness solutions, carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. At our clinic, we specialise in a range of services designed to support individuals and families in enhancing their mental and physical wellbeing and improving their quality of life.

Our Services

1.) Psychotherapy

We practice a trauma informed, client-centred integrated approach to providing psychological services including assessments, diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders like depression, anxiety, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well other challenges relating to life stressors, adjustments, relationship issues, behavioural concerns and personal development.

Our psychotherapy services cater to individuals of all ages and life stages. We provide Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Family Therapy, available following an Initial Intake Session.

2.) Lifestyle Medicine

Our Lifestyle Medicine services are designed to empower individuals to take charge of their health and well-being through healthy lifestyle changes. We provide evidence-based personalised interventions that focus on key lifestyle factors, helping individuals make sustainable changes to reduce the risk of and reverse the progression of lifestyle-related chronic diseases. Our approach addresses conditions such as overweight, high blood pressure, insulin resistance, mood swings, fatigue, sleep disturbances, digestive issues, fertility concerns, and overall health improvement. We offer:

  • Lifestyle Medicine Consultation: A one-on-one, 90-minute consultation bundled with two 60-minute follow-up consultations. During this consultation, we review your complaints and conduct thorough health behaviour assessments to evaluate your current state of health, identify risk factors, and develop a personalised lifestyle prescription and action plan tailored to your specific health needs.
  • Health Coaching: 45 to 60-minute coaching sessions that provide guidance, ongoing support, and accountability as you work towards your personal health goals. We collaborate with you to develop and implement effective, realistic strategies to ensure lasting results. Health coaching is available in blocks of 12 sessions following an initial intake session

3.) Group Therapy and Support Groups

If mental health is important to you and your community, our Therapy/Support Groups are a great way to improve your mental well-being together. This service could also be a good fit if you are unable to afford individual therapy and have friends who want to learn about specific mental health issues together. Our groups focus on themes such as Anxiety, Stress & Burnout, Lifestyle Modification, Trauma & PTSD, Anger Management, New Parenthood, Motherhood & Postpartum, Grief & Bereavement, and Confidence & Self-Esteem.
